About Will

Will Adkins is a dedicated leader with more than 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, where he has built a career grounded in integrity, discipline, and servant leadership. Throughout his career, he has led in some of the military's most demanding operational environments, earning a reputation for remaining calm under pressure, solving complex problems, and building high-performing teams capable of succeeding when the stakes are highest.

As a graduate of the Security Forces Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (WTIC) and a former Deployed Aircraft Ground Response Element (DAGRE) Team Leader, Will has planned and executed high-visibility security operations across the globe in support of senior military and government leaders. While his operational experience has shaped him, he believes his greatest responsibility is not simply accomplishing the mission — it is developing the people entrusted to carry it forward.

Passionate about giving back, Will has volunteered with numerous community organizations, including the Civitans, and has dedicated much of his career to mentoring Airmen, emerging leaders, and young professionals. He believes that leadership is measured not by rank or recognition, but by the number of people who become stronger, more capable, and more confident because someone invested in them.

For the past two years, Will has played an integral role in supporting ICONIC Impact™ as the Head of Security for the organization's international humanitarian leadership tours, helping ensure the safety, security, and success of each mission. His unique blend of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and genuine heart for service allows him to create environments where others can focus on changing lives while knowing they are protected.

Will brings to the ICONIC Impact™ Board of Directors a rare combination of tactical expertise, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to developing people, strengthening communities, and leading with purpose. He believes that the strongest leaders are those who leave behind stronger people than they found.

Kerry Thomas is a visionary entrepreneur, founder of InsureU Agency, and co-owner of Elite Speed & Performance Nebraska. With more than 15 years in the insurance industry, she has built her career on three core values: service, integrity, and relationships. She believes success isn't measured by what you accomplish alone, but by the lives you impact along the way.

Alongside her husband, Von, Kerry is passionate about helping young athletes develop both physically and mentally through Elite Speed & Performance Nebraska, equipping them with the confidence, discipline, and mindset to succeed in sports and in life.

A transformational humanitarian trip to Kenya reignited Kerry's passion for serving others and creating opportunities that leave a lasting legacy. She is committed to empowering women, investing in future generations, and building organizations that create meaningful, generational change.
